There's a lot of text in this game, not just dialogue either. It really would be a huge job to translate it all and of course I would never expect anybody to do it for free. Then there's the support and marketing. Even if the game was fully translated I wouldn't be able to effectively market the game and if somebody did buy it I wouldn't be able to offer any support if something goes wrong or they get stuck. Multi language's a great idea though I think it will be complicated. RPGs are not wide known in our country -- most people who know and play RPGs usually are pretty good at English anyway.
